    In Rathlena which is the Ballinlogh Parish it is said there is a lepreachaun in some field there.

    The Leipreachan is sometimes called "Greasaide Leipreachan". He is so called because he is always fixing shoes. He lives in the bogs beside drains and is a small man. He always has a pot of gold beside him and if you spat it is said you would catch him.
