    It takes a half an hour to make the churning. \it is worked by hand. The churndash is always moved upwards and downwards. When the churning is made it is given a rolling motion from side to side to gather the butter together.
    People know when utter is made because some of the butter comes up on the lid.
    Hot water is pored into the churn during churning in winter and cold water in summer the milk has to be at certain point heat which is called churning point.
    When the butter is made it is taken out by hand and put into a wood dish then it is wrinced a few times in cold water.
