    the beggar was leaving the rich man said
    "Now, tell the truth, did a beggar ever get such a welcome anywhere as you got in this house?" "Well" said the beggar "I know a house where the Míle bacach is fed every day".
    The gentleman thought that Míle bacach meant 'a thousand beggars'
    and he was surprised.
    He said "Tell me who it is, for I want to get my daughter married to a rich man."
    The beggar came to Míle bacach and told him the news. He told him to get the
