    There are many signs of the weather such as:-
    When a cat washed her face it is a sign of rain.
    When the dog eats grass it is also a sign of rain.
    When there is a low thick white fog on the Channel it is the sign of good warm weather.
    When we see a crane it is said to be the sign of a fortnight's rain.
    Loud quack of ducks,
    The peacocks cry,
    The distant hills are looking nigh.
    Is the sign of rain.
    When we hear the cricket sing, it is the sign of rain.
    When we hear the raven's call, it is also a sign of rain.
    When the sky is streaked with white
