  1. The Local Fairs.
    The local fairs are held in Moville, Carndonagu and Culdaff. The fairs are always held in towns. Buyers used always to buy the beasts at farmers' houses and at the cross roads. The beasts are still bought at farmers' houses but they are not bought at the cross roads now
    Long ago the were fairs held in Greencastle but now they are discontinued because at there places there were no means of keeping the beasts there were no means of keeping the beasts together and once the fairs opened in towns no one (opened) would attend these fairs and so
