    clouds called goats hair it is the sign of stormy weather.
    A red sky at night is the sailor's delight and a red sky in the morning is the sailor's warning.
    When the sun sets glarey and pale it is the sign of bad weather.
    When the sun sets red and the sky is red all round horizon in winter it is the sign of frost; and in summer it is the sign of a warm day.
    The north and east winds are the driest winds in the district and the west and north west are the wettest winds.
    When the swallows fly low, it is the sign of rain.
    A ring round the moon is a bad sign of the weather, and there is a saying, "the farther way the ring is from the moon, the nearer is the storm."
