    Bogbean is a cure for purifying the blood it has to be taken in the Spring months. It grows in swamps. Somepeople use the Bogbean in this was, wash, cut it and steep in boiling water. It is ready for using twenty four hours time. Take an egg cup full every morning before breakfast.
    The Arnut is a weed that grows with a white flower. The root of it is like a nut.
