    in a field called páirc na gcapall. Long ago there was a gentleman living in Monksfield by the name of Morgan. He had a great number of horses and he always had them in this field. It is called páirc na gcapall ever since.
    Sgeach an Bhean Sídhe
    In the parish of Ballymana in the townland of Emlough there is a bush called sgeach an bean sidhe. Long ago several people saw the Banshee combing her hair under that bush.
    Páirc na g-Cioc
    In the parish of Ballymana in the townland of Ballylin there is a field called páirc na gcloc. It got its name from the numerous amount of stones that are in it.
