  2. I was told the following information by my father William Canny age 69 years. He got the knowledge from his father, Michael Canny who died about twenty years ago at the age of 80 years then.
    Fine weather:- When bottom of the sky is red or the sun red when setting. When the crows are flying high going home in the evening or staying late in the tillage. Some going up straight in the sky. A heavy dew[?] at night.
