  2. An Bheirt Deartbhárach, Pádraig agus Mícheal.
    Bhí beirt deartbhárach ann fada ó shoin. Chuaidh siad go hAlbainn. Dáta goirid ama indiaidh dul go hAlbainn fuair Mícheal bás agus bhí Pádraig buadhartha i gceart indiaidh bás Mhíchil.
    Chuaidh sé isteach ag sagart agus dubhairt sé leis an tsagart go dtabhairfeadh sé punt do dá gcuireadh sé Mícheal na bFlaitheas. Dubhairt an sagart ar ndoighe go gcuirfeadh. Chuir an sagart air a ríbin, léigh sé tamall agus dubhairt le Pádraig go raibh sé ar an bhealach na bPlaitheas. Thug Pádraig cúig scillinge do.
