  1. My fathers farm is situated in the Townland of Stuck and in the Parish and Barony of Mohill.
    There are a lot of names on the fields of our farms such as the first meadow the second meadow the third meadow and the bog meadow.
    The clocar the Kiln field the sheep field the 2 acred field the two black fields the sand park the calves field the bare field the bottom the piece at the river (bit) "owney's" garden the little hill the top hill the ash grove and the mill-race bit.
    The mullac [?] the flat piece and the rushy piece "Peggys" bush the burn and the school spring.
    We call one of the fields the clocar because it is all a rock and there is also a big mound of [?] stones in this field.
    We call the other field the Kiln field because the Kiln is built
