    I know a little girl who has a nosy face.

    And it strengthens for work as well as for play.

    It's name you knwo quite well.
    And relating to this school,
    Is the tale I'm about to tell.

    It relates to the mistress too,
    Who keeps her pupils right,
    By telling them what to do,
    From morning until night.

    Some of the young ones are very bold,
    For they do not work as they are told,
    Nor do they bring their milk each day,
    Which to them should be only play.

    They'd rather dress in clothes of silk,
    Than bring their bottle of wholesome milk,
    Which keeps them healthy good and strong,
    Fit for a day's work which is ever so long,
