remembers a time when great numbers from the parish of Bonane paid rounds and when he was eight or nine years he heard them speak of cures performed there. When he was very young he was afflicted with warts and he remembers his mother taking him there. When Grouse shooting in the vicinity two years ago he searched for the well but could not find it.
