    Eighty years ago, Michael Murphy, his wife and three children of Derrinamuck, Backs, Co. Mayo, was evicted. The landlord Mr. Jackson of Caramore, Backs, Co. Mayo, and the sheriff evicted them.
    Michael Murphy was very poor, and he had no money to pay the rent. They put him out of the house, and after that he got a house at Corroy, Backs, Co. Mayo.
    Then Mr. Jackson gave the house to Mr. Scott. After some years Mr. Scott died, and Mr. Moore got it then. After Mr. Moors death, his wife married Mr. W. M. Boland auctioneer, and they continued in occupation of the house for some years.
