  1. The following prayers are said when going to bed at night.
    I. There are four corners on my bed, and four blessed angels over my head. St. Mathew, St. Mark, St. Luke and St. John, God bless this bed that I lie on.
    II. As I lie on my right side, I pray to God to be my guide, and if I die before I wake I pray to God my soul to take.
    III. As I lie on my right side, as Jesus sat on Marys knee, Mary the branch and Heaven the flower, Jesus, may be at my dying hour.
