  1. John Gilmore was a man who made baskets and this is how he made them. He would get rods and put them into water until they would season. Then he would weave them into baskets. When he sold them he would get a good price for them.
    Jack Walsh was famous for making soap. He would gather soft furze from the bog and boil it for two hours and then let it set for a few days. Then it would turn to soap and he would sell it to the people.
