    During the time the Danes were in Ireland there was a fort in 'Jack's Land' Creggan.

    During the time the Danes were in Ireland there was a fort in "Jack's Land" Creggan which was used as a military fort.
    Now it is used as a wood and some people cut timber in it as fire-wood. One day I was up for potatoes and when I was putting them into the bag I heard the noise of someone closing a door.
    The are little clay pipes to be found through the field. Every evening about seven o'clock music begins to play.
