    They are to be said in bed before falling asleep.
    As I lie down to sleep
    I give my soul to God
    I give it now
    I give it then
    I give my soul to God for ever.
    I must die, I do not know
    when nor where nor how
    But if I die in mortal sin
    Im lost for ever
    O Good Jesus save my soul.
    My Father, God I wake to Thee, all
    Thy commandments to fulfil
    Assist me, that in heaven with Thee
