Monreagh School townland of Tonagh Parish of Taughboyne barony of North Raphoe lies between two roads leading from St Johnston to Newtowncunningham one road goes via Five Cross Roads and Argony Pipe the other through the village of Taughboyne. There are no very old roads with the exception of the remnants of the old Coach Road already mentioned, There is a road leading from Taughboyne to Five Cross roads via Taughboyne Rectory called The long Ballet Lane but I cannot discover origin of name
