    I live in the townland of Lusticle in the parish of Taughboyne and the barony of Raphoe north. There are 52 people in it there are four old people whose names are James McLintock, James Herron, Mrs. Dunlop and Maria Logan.
    The address for all is Lusticle Carrigans.
    Long ago the houses were more numerous and ruins of some are here yet.
    There are not old sayings about it.
    Lusticle are no old sayings about it.
    Lusticle means the flowery wood.
    There are some flowers in it yet, but no wood. The land is hilly but good. There is a little stream comes from Dooish hill and fills a large dam and drives a scutch mill.
