    made about six years ago by a man called Bernard Ms. Dermot. We churn in it every week. First the cream is poured in and some two churn for about ten minutes. Then there is boiling water poured into the churn. It takes about an hour to churn. Then my mother gets a wooden basin and two wooden butter spoons and she washes them in boiling water. Next she gathers the butter with the spades into the basin and she washes it three times with spring water and she salts it.
