- 1. Rub the skin of a hen's gizzard on the warts, hide it, and by the time it is rotted the warts will vanish.
2. Smear the warts with a fasting spittle.
3. The water found inside the knot of a straw with some salt rubbed on warts and buried in the manure-heap is also a cure for warts.(continues on next page)
