  1. During the famine times there was an old priest named Peter Gilligan. He was anointing the dying every day. One evening a knock came to the door and he lay down for a few minutes. When he awoke in the middle of the night he went out and rode on his horse to the mans house and when arrived the poor man was dead. He asked the woman was the poor man dead and she said "he died an hour ago." Father when you went he turned and died God had sent down His great angel to help the poor Priest in his need.
