  1. Kiely Ussher was the name of the local landlord. This man was living in Flowerhill long ago but there is not one of the family there now.
    He was looked upon as a bad landlord. He evicted people and sent them to the mountain to till it for a penny a day. He divided the into farms under his guidance. There ere not any battle fought on account of them. He sent his people Ballysaggart and made them till them land there.
    Any of the people dd not like him. They were bound not to cut the heather too low.
