  1. Food was eaten only three times a day. They were in breakfast, the dinner, and supper. and were eaten respectively, in the morning, twelve o'clock, and at night. The people did work in the morning before having any food. Every meal consisted of potatoes, and milk, and sometimes it would be buttermilk.
    Potatoes were eaten at every meal, and milk was drunk. Sometimes, new milk, and more times buttermilk. In some houses there was no table and in other houses there was only a basket to sit around, and if there was a table at all it was a side table, that was a table hung on the wall. It was often hung again at the wall when not in use.
    There was no bread eaten only oat bread. You would put the oat meal into a basin and wet it with water, then you would put in front of the fire and a bit of tin made for the purpose. meat was eaten. fresh and salt. Veil was generally eaten. Fish was eaten, and also
