  2. Not far from Rathmichael on a road leading northward across the Heron Ford at the head of the Bride's Glen there is the ruins of an old church call the Tullow Church This Church was known long ago as "The Church of St Bridgid of Tyllaght"
    There is a considerable remains of the old Church to be seen covered with ivy There is a very ancient grave stone not far
