  1. The dead body is dressed in a brown habit. It is laid in a bed covered with a white quilt and beside the bed is a table with two lighted candles (and) on it. The neighbours come in to sympathise with the relatives of the deceased.
They say prayers at the bed side The men sit in the kitchen while the women sit in the room where the corpse are. The men get pipes and cigarettes to smoke and the women get snuff. The wake lasts for two days and two nights then the body is buried.
