    Bhí coileach béara ar bárr cnuich a tSídhe. Bhí sí ar an dtaobh theas d'en cnuich. Ní raibh aon tig aichi ach pholl mhór sa carraigh. Do thógadh sí léim ó bharr an cnuich go dtí Cos agus ó sin go dtí leach i Colras. Ní íosadh sí aon arán acht bárnig nó tríopán nó aon íasg a bhíonn tímcheall na calaithe. Aon lá amhain bhí sí amuich sa bfairrge i mbád agus bí cúpla fear léi. Do chaitheadar bárneach ar agus tar éis tamaill do táinig stuirm mhór ar an bfairrge.
