- The fairs of Ireland are much different now to days gone by. When the morning sales were over all the girls and boys around the place would gather into the town. Then the merry-making would start, music, dancing, singing and all kinds of games. These old customs are still kept up in some places.
In the principle town's they have two or three fairs each monthly and in the smaller ones there are only one or two in the(continues on next page)
