- We have three cows at home. We put them in to the cow house in the Winter and leave them out in the fields in the Summer. We tie them with bails. The bails are made of timber. There are two beams of timber going from one end of the house to the other. There are two small ones going into the long one. The name of the cows are the short-horn, the grey and the red.
