    Out of the fort. The little man told them to set the spuds for this poor man. So they all took a skilláwn and set it, and Paddy went home singing. The potatoes grew up and never before or since was such a crop of spuds dug out of the fort. People came from far and near to see them, every one was as a big as a turnip. This story was told to me by Paddy Shea an old man in this village. Míceál Ó Súilleabáin
