Killuran road was flooded. The people had to go in through the fields with their pigs. There would be a man standing at every cross roads of the village gathering the customs. The fair of O' C' Mills was a great place for sport and fighting. There is hardly any fair in it now, because before the buyers had to depend on the fairs. Now they are near the markets, and they can take them out and get a big price in the market for them. People have different ways for marking cattle. Some marks them with raddle and some with a scissors. When people buy the cattle the man who had the cattle gives the buyer a luck penny
