    Field names 9th Dece 1937
    Our farm is situated in the parish of Killuran. There are twenty fields in it, all having different names. The well-field, Ana ganaime Gleann beag, an carour, poll a puca, gaurdin na Caran, the lacann field, killn the lime kill field, pairc na scoil. Gairoin na carcin means there was a forge there one time and the remains of it are there still. It was the only forge around at that time. Parc Scoile is a field where there was a school one time. The ruins are there still.
