    There was a family, the name of Brady's, lived in Mullindara.

    There was a family, the name of Bradys, lived in Mullindara. They happened to be churning one morning when a priest passed by. His name was Father Gilchriest and found them churning. When they were awhile churning, they saw no butter coming on the milk. And when the priest was coming back again, they were churning all the time. He went in and took the dash and gave it a "brash" or two, and lots of butter came on the milk.
    There was a woman one time, and she went to this man's byre and she took a stream of milk from every cow, and she used to have
