  1. There was an ould fellow going around long ago, and I gersoon - the devil of a quare fellow entirely. He went by the name of the "Blue Tail Fly". I dont know what was his right name, he never went by any other name around here but the "blue tail fly".
    He used go around from place to place. He wouldn't stop no length in any place.
    He used always carry three bags going around with him, three big bags, and no wan ever knew what was in it.
    He wasnt looking for charity, he'd ask for anything, and he'd take nothing except a penny or a halfpenny.
    He'd never sleep in a house, he used always sleep in the bags.
    He slept wan night in White's house in Bally Clonach - 'twas an awful bad night, the same night. He would
