    I was up at White's wan night, I used be up there every night and we'd be talking about this money in the Ráth.
    This night, Jimmy White says to me "We'll go up to-night and we'll dig for the money" says Jimmy. "And you'll come with us," he'd say to the wife, "and hould the light for us"
    "The curse of Jasus on yez," the wife would say, "is it mad yez are getting?"

  2. There was a chap around her wan time going to school and he was a cursèd chap entirely. The priest came in wan day to school and he started asking questions on the catechism. He came to this chap any way and he says:- "Well now John" says he, "what is charity?"
    "Piates and meal in a bag" says the chap.
    The priest turned around and he commenced shaking with the laugh
