  1. There were people one time living in this locality and they did not know the days of the week. A neighbour who lived beside them always went to Derry every Friday and they knew the next day was Saturday and the next day Sunday, but one week there was good weather and the neighbour was digging potatoes and did not go to Derry till Saturday, and the other people thought that day was Friday and the next day Saturday and they went to the bog for turf although the next day was Sunday.
