  1. There was a school one time situated on the road leading from the residence of Mr Coulter to the main road. Mr Coulter resides in the Townland of Drumhaggart, Parish of Muff, Co Dronegal.
    It was taught in a field under the shade of a sycamore tree. The pupils were seated on long forms and wrote on states. The master had a blackboard hung on the tree. There were about twenty-five pupils at it.
