  1. Our house is situated in the Townland of Iskaheen, Parish of Muff, Co. Donegal. There is a field near it called the Brown Park. It is given that name because it is brown clay that is in it. There is a rock also in front of our house called Barney McGowan's Rock. It is supposed that in olden times a man named Barney McGowan rolled it down from the Iskaheen Hill to that place. Iskaheen Hill is situated in the Townland of Iskaheen, Parish, of Muff, Co. Donegal.
