  1. A common toy about here is the burtree gun. The way to make a burtree gun is, you get a straight piece of stick, eight or nine inches long from the burtree and bore a hole down the centre of it, then you get a ramrod almost the length of the gun. The way to charge it is to get a plug of paper and stick it in one end of the gun, and stick another plug in the other end, then you shove this plug down with the ramrod, and plug other one will shoot out.
