    O merciful Jesus have mercy on me.
    My soul and my body I design unto Thee.
    Five bleeding wounds nailed to a tree.
    O merciful Jesus have mercy on me.
    As I lie down on my right side
    As Jesus lay on Mary's knee.
    If any danger approaches me
    O blessed Virgin waken me.
    O my good angel it is your Lord as well as mine
    that I am going to receive.
    Help me to receive him worthily
    And to have more faith and more hope
    Lord I am not worth to receive Thee on account of my great innumerable sins, and
