    The people long ago in Gallowskill used to say there were some days that were not lucky. They used to say that Mondays were very unlucky to begin anything ; Saturdays were also thought unlucky. The reason why they used to say that Mondays were unlucky was because Monday was the beginning of the week and that it was not right to start anything on the beginning of the week, or on the beginning of the month either.
    They would not do anything important on Saturdays because they considered anything that
