    He took the bottle home with him. When his wife saw the bottle which the husband got for his cow, she began to beat him around the house, and the bottle had to save him. He shouted to the bottle, "out of it", and out jumped two men with two ash-plants and they beat his wife around the house. And the man said again to the bottle "cork-up", and the two little men went into it. After a while the man said to the bottle, "food", and out came bread, meal, meat, sweets, and lots of other foods also, and he and his wife ate and drink plenty.
    The Lord Mayor heard all about the bottle, and he wanted to get it, but the man would not part with it. Then
