    About fifty years ago the children had a game called "Thady". They would sit in a circle and they would have to say something that "Thady" would tell them. If the child in charge said "Thady" said be down" they would have to do it. If they did not do it they would get a slap. Then if they said "be down" and they to do it they would get a slap because Thady did not say it.
