    house about fifty years ago. It was made by a woodcutter. There was a reel for rolling on thread onit and making hanks.
    The worked the wheel with their feet. There was a rocker on the wheel for roll the wool on. They they would start and spin the wool into thread which was called yarn.
    There was a huck and a scutching handle for scutching the flax, and a pair cards for carding the wool. There was a handle attached to the body of the wheel which had to be turned quickly to keep on the band.
