  1. The village in which I live is called Dreenariegh. It is situated in the west of Glencar. There are seven houses in it. They are covered with thatch.
Long ago there were much more houses in the village. About a mile from the village there is an old ruin in the mountain side. It is supposed that a man by the name of Mícheál Peadar lived there long ago. His way of living was to mind cattle for other people who had them grazing on the mountain.

  2. The village in which I live is called Shroneahreemore. There are nine houses in it. Four of them are covered with thatch. Four with iron and one with slate.
Long ago there were twelve houses in the village. The road through "Bealac Beama" leads through it. There is a graveyard in the village called Incharoe.
